Our QA/QC department is separate and independent department providing assistance to all other departments and project sites.

Department has the responsibility that would lead an effective implementation of Quality Management System in the Company and its continual improvement.

Best practices and processes are adopted to continuously deliver improvement, world class quality with respect to international standards and customer satisfaction across all projects of the company. All the areas of operation are controlled by the company's Quality System Procedure which has been designed, written and implemented to maintain the highest standards in our services along with strong relationship with clients, subcontractors and vendors.

Al Watanyiah's experienced QA/QC team is assigned to each project which ensures execution of the work is in accordance with the specifications.

Company's senior management provides a strong and visible leadership to promote a culture in which all employees share a commitment to HSE. Keeping this in mind, Al Watanyiah has executed a number of projects in different sectors without any lost time incidents (LTIs). Monthly senior management is conducting meeting for reviewing and improving the HSE performance of our company.
